Andrew is a coach specialized in trauma-informed therapy with the main emphasis on anxiety and depression. Having overcome depression, anxiety and addiction himself, he’s passionate about helping other people to do the same and create the life they always wanted.                                                                                    Through a mixture of modern talk therapy, healing techniques and energy work, he works together with his clients to reset their body physically, psychologically and emotionally to release any experiences from the past and help them build a new life free of anxiety and depression.                                                                            Andrew offers a 1:1 online coaching program, an online healing group, as well as in person retreats.
