Ben is a coach, counsellor and an explorer of conciousness. He’s specialized in shadow work, men's work, transpersonal psychology, and conscious relationship work to help people heal. Ben is also a trained addictions counselor with a Health Sciences degree, helping men overcome addiction. He has worked with men for over 15 years, creating a space for men to explore their depths and find their own unique expression of masculinity. Ben offers 1:1 coaching, relationship coaching for men, an online course for men, as well as an online course for couples which he teaches together with his wife Sheleana. He also hosts a very popular podcast called „The Evolving Man Podcast“
