Dr. Jane Ruby is a licensed nurse practitioner, internal medicine, subspecialty surgical and medical cardiology professional. She has full prescriptive privileges (including the full federal schedule of narcotics) & an independent license to practice medicine in a limited specialty. Dr. Ruby took her course work at the prestigious University of Rochester. She graduated with two doctorates, two masters degrees, and a Bachelor’s degree. She has never claimed to have a medical degree, however she is more than qualified to speak on topics relating to pharmaceutical drug development and human research studies.
