Sascha is the founder and practitioner of SPIRIT OF BREATH, a Certified Alchemy of Breath Breathwork Facilitator and Wim Hof Certified Instructor. Sascha creates a safe space for Breathwork in which he guides people to open their hearts and heal their relationships within themselves.  He offers workshops, retreats, 1:1 sessions and group/corporate sessions which empower his clients to connect with their emotional, mental and physical body
